Esther has the ability to set concrete goals and achieves them, she has a strong discipline with stable leadership stamina. She is good at time management, unwavering optimism, creativity and innovation among others. Esther is a woman of virtue with high degree of intentionality, consciousness and deliberateness. She is a mother, a wife and complement the running of the organisation.

Currently serving as the General Manager at ERNEST -ESTER INDUSTRY NIG LTD, Shola brings a wealth of expertise to the table, driving growth and innovation within the organization.

Vincent Uche is an astute and result-oriented Head of Operations with over three years of extensive experience in plastic bag production processes. He is thoroughly proficient in overseeing day-to-day production activities, ensuring efficient and effective manufacturing processes, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Vincent is an alumnus of the prestigious Polytechnic Ibadan, where he specialized in Civil Engineering, focusing on Water and Environmental Engineering. His academic background, combined with his practical experience, enables him to excel in optimizing production workflows and maintaining stringent quality controls in manufacturing environments.

Recognized and awarded CIPM Best Overall in AER (2022), Princess Priscilla is a seasoned HR professional known for translating business vision into tangible HR initiatives. With over six years of progressive experience across diverse sectors, including FMCG, QSR, industrial security, and fintech, she brings a wealth of knowledge and versatility to her roles. Her background as an industrial/organizational psychologist equips her with exceptional analytical skills and a goal-oriented mindset. Combining academic excellence, professional certifications, and rich practical experience, Priscilla currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at ERNEST-ESTER INDUSTRY NIGERIA LTD, where she drives innovation and excellence within the organization.
